Returns & Exchanges
Every Atlas Boy piece is made in a small run and inspected by hand before it ships. If yours isn’t right — the fit, the size, the feeling — you have 7 days from delivery to send it back.
Swimwear is intimate apparel, so the conditions below aren’t small print — they’re how we promise every customer that nothing we send out has ever been worn. Please read them before you order, and check the size chart carefully.
How it works (United States)
Email returns@atlasboy.studio within 7 days of delivery with your order number and whether you’d like a different size or a refund. We’ll send you a return authorization and a prepaid return label.
- Refunds: a flat $10 return-shipping cost is deducted from your refund. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Size exchanges: the same flat $10 return-shipping cost applies, charged before your label is issued. Your new size ships within 5 business days of your return passing inspection. Each order is eligible for one exchange, subject to stock.
Returns sent without an authorization can’t be accepted.
The conditions
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the piece must come back to us:
- Unworn and unwashed — tried on over underwear only, never in water
- With all tags attached
- Free of any marks — sunscreen, tanning oil, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair
- Sealed back in its protective sleeve, inside a mailer or box that will keep it safe in transit.
Keep your Atlas Boy box, that’s yours. Just send the piece itself, protected. Pieces that arrive damaged in transit because they were shipped unprotected can’t be accepted, so pack it the way it came to you. Pieces that don’t pass inspection will be sent back to you, and no refund issued.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your piece arrives defective, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, that’s ours to fix. Email us at returns@atlasboy.studio within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll cover the return shipping in full and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

- Anything past the 7-day window, or returned without an authorization
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once delivered, the standard policy above applies, with the window starting on the delivery date.
European Union & United Kingdom
If you’re ordering from the EU or UK, you can make a return within 14 days of delivery. To exercise it, notify us in writing at returns@atlasboy.studio within that window, then return the piece within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping is at your cost, arranged by you (our prepaid labels are US-only). Refunds — including the standard outbound shipping you paid, as the law requires — go to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the return (or proof of postage).
Please note: you may handle the piece only as you would in a shop — enough to establish its nature and fit. We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value from wear or handling beyond that, as permitted under applicable consumer law.
